JNJG Tour

The JNJG Tour is the name given to all tournaments run and managed by JNJG for players who hold a current Golf Australia (GA) handicap.

The JNJG Tour consists of Major Tournaments, State Tournaments and Masters Series Tournaments.

The JNJG Tour is open to all JNJG Tour members. To become a JNJG Tour Member a player must be a member of a golf club and hold a current Golf Australia handicap. They must also submit a birth certificate and provide JNJG with their golflink number.

Major Tournaments

JNJG conducts 5 major tournaments throughout the year. This includes the following events:

  • Harvey Norman Week of Golf (Junior and Sub Junior Divisions)
  • State of Origin
  • Subaru State Age Championships
  • Srixon International Junior Classic (Junior and Sub Junior Divisions)
  • Champions Trophy

N.B. The Harvey Norman Week of Golf and the Srixon International Junior Classic both run junior and sub junior divisions. The junior division is for all players who are 15 years and over and who are under 19 years. The sub junior division is for all players who are 14 years or younger. 

Junior Masters Series

The Junior Masters Series consists of 6 masters series tournaments. Each tournament is run over 36 holes and held on a weekend. The tournaments include:

  • Peter O'Malley Junior Masters (Bathurst Golf Club)
  • South West Rocks Junior Masters
  • Macathur Junior Masters (Campbelltown Golf Club)
  • Muswellbrook Junior Masters
  • Wollongong Links Junior Masters
  • Brett Ogle Junior Masters (Goulburn Golf Club)

Within the junior masters series is the Junior Masters points race and the Master of the Masters. Each competition has a fantastic prize for the winner(s).

 State Tournaments

JNJG organise a number of state based events formally run by the New South Wales Golf Association (NSWGA) and  Women's Golf NSW.

  • State Junior Medals
  • State Junior Match Play
  • State Mixed Foursomes
  • NSW Junior Boys Championship (managed by NSWGA)
  • NSW Junior Girls Championship (run in conjunction with the Subaru State Age Championships)
