The NSW Junior Boys and Junior Girls State Squads and Teams
Each year JNJG, in conjunction with Golf NSW, select a junior state team and squad. Both squads are selected at the end of the Srixon International Junior Classic in October each year. The teams are generally selcted in late January/early February to represent NSW at the Australian Junior Interstate series held in April. In 2011 the Australian Junior and Interstate Series will be held in New South Wales.

JNJG State of Origin Team
The JNJG State of Origin team is selected each year at the Harvey Norman Week of Golf. The State of Origin is an annual match play style tournament, played in a similar format to the Ryder Cup between Jack Newton Junior Golf and the Greg Norman Golf Foundation (GNGF). One boy and one girl is selected in each age group from age 12 to 17. There are many factors which come into consideration when selecting the state of origin team. These include the position on the JNJG averages, number of JNJG tournaments played and overall behaviour of player.
