2014 South Coast PSSA Golf Trials
On Monday 21st July Nowra Golf Club played host to the 2014 South Coast PSSA Golf Trials. The day was picture perfect, it started off a bit chilly in the morning but turned into a beautiful day to play a game of golf!
The kids all seemed to enjoy themselves and had a laugh which was great to see all while shooting some great scores!! There were a couple of impressive nett scores for the day, 61 by Nathan Barbera from Illaroo Road PS and 64 by Ethan Harvey from Minnamurra PS. The winner of the boys scratch with a 78 was James Dickinson from Batemans Bay PS. Selena Bosevski from Barrack Heights PS took out the girls with a nett 74.
Six of the juniors that played in this event were chosen to represent the South Coast at the NSW PSSA championships to be played in Port Macquarie on the 8-9th September.
