Juniors Shine at Regional Academy Games
Last month the ClubsNSW Regional Academy Games took place at Horizons Resort and the Charlestown Golf Club. Juniors from Regional Academies of Sport across the state took part in the event.
Even though the Boys event had to be reduced to 14 holes in Round 1 there were still some outstanding scores recorded.
The team from the Western Sydney Academy of Sport (Coby Carruthers, Vidur Subramaniam, Blake Hodges and Harry Daniels) took out the team honours with a team total of -2. In second place, on +1 was the Hunter Academy of Sport team of Amy Squires, Hamish Ellison, Owen Evans, Lachlan McDonald.
