Refund / Cancellation Policy
All membership fees are non refundable.
All tournament cancellations incure a $5 administration fee.
Customers will receive a full refund (minus administration charge) for all tournament entries that are cancelled before the event closing date.
Customers will only receive a full refund (minus administration charge) for cancellations of tournament entries after the closing date upon receipt of a medical certificate.
