The Subaru State Age Championships is a qualifying only event for all boys. The NSW Junior Girls Championship is run in conjunction with the Subaru State Age Championships and therefore all girls are eligible to enter as long as they have a current Golf Australia handicap.

2012 AGE QUALIFYING IS NOW OPEN
CONDITIONS AGE QUALIFYING
1. A one off fee will register you to participate in as many qualifying rounds as you wish. This fee is non refundable.
2. Please note that you are still required to enter all junior tournaments separately. This application form is for State Age Championship Qualifying Only.
3. Scores will be recorded as they are received from the various golf clubs conducting the events.
4. Invitations will be issued directly from JNJG and no one other than JNJG has the authority to advise otherwise.
5. If you fax your registration form without credit card details, your application will not be processed until payment is received and you will not be eligible to qualify until this has occurred.
6. Qualifying for the 2011 Subaru State Age Championships will commence on the 18th of June 2011 and conclude on the June long weekend, 2012.
ELIGIBILITY
- Open to all juniors (boys only) in the following age categories – 12 years & under, 13 years, 14 years, 15 years, 16 years & 17 years.
- All players who attempt to qualify must be members of JNJG.
ENTRY
- Qualifying is for boys only. Girls enter directly via the JNJG but may be subject to a ballot.
- A competitor may still play in the qualifying tournaments even if he has already qualified.
- Exemptions apply for previous year’s Age Champions, Current NSWGA State Junior Team Members, Members of the A.C.T Interstate Team and leading 10 eligible players on 2009 Junior Vardon. These players must submit an age registration form prior to June 1, 2012.
QUALIFYING EVENTS
Qualification positions will be outlined as per below; positions will NOT be awarded to the next player in line if the winning scratch player has already qualified or has not submitted an age registration form.

Qualifying Events of more than 200 players
- Two players in each of the above age categories (scratch only)

Qualifying Events of more than 100 players
- One player in each of the above categories (scratch only)

Qualifying Events of more than 60 players
- One player in the (12/13), (14/15) & (16 and over) age categories (scratch only)

Qualifying Events of less than 60 players
- One players in the (14 & under) & (15 & over) age categories (scratch only)
POOL
All other players who do not qualify in one of the above methods with have their BEST age qualifying scratch score placed into the POOL. Once all positions under the above qualifying methods have been allocated the next best scores in each age group from the pool will be granted entry into the Championship.
