At 13 years of age, Shelly Shin of Concord GC is definately a young golfer to keep your eyes on. With a handicap of +1 and after having a stellar 2011, Shelly is bound to only get better and better.
She recently represented the Sydney North at the All Schools Golf Nationals. She won the tournament with rounds of 70 and 73 for a three over total 143 and was crowned the All Schools, The Combined High Schools and the Golf NSW Schoolgirl Champion.
To add to Shelly's amazing achievements, she also recently received a NSW State Representative Certificate at the office of Epping State Liberal MP Greg Smith along with another 6 students between the ages of 10 and 18 to recognise her outstanding performances in the game of golf.
