Even though the juniors were presented with some wet weather they still gained some expert coaching from Golf Pro Peter Mayson (Mudgee GC), JNJG Development Officer Sharon Nott and Community coach Braeden Wilson.

The day was coordinated by Marie Cornish and Sue Martin from Wellington GC and a range of fundamental golf skills and activities were the focus of the day with a few holes of golf incorporated into the day aswell.

Wellington GC are now organising some 'Sunday Family Days' during the next few months. If you are interested in participating in these days and supporting the golf clubs efforts to grow its junior capacity it would be greatly appreciated.
