The 2021/2022 JNJG Metro Academy

In 2021, JNJG looked to create a program to replicate the success of the Regional Academy of Sport (RAS) Golf Programs throughout NSW for Sydney Metropolitan Athletes. Where the RAS programs where the first step in the JNJG and Golf NSW High Performance Pathway, no such program existed for athletes who lived in Eastern, Southern and Northern Sydney.

With this in mind the JNJG Sydney Academy of Golf was formed. The Sydney Academy trained fortnightly, and were introduced to elite athlete concepts such as

Nutrition and Well Being
Strength and Conditioning
Injury Prevention
Sports Psychology
