School Sport ACT Golf Champions 2017
SSACT Golf Convenor, Chris Jones had a very busy day coordinating all 19’s, 15’s, 12’s and Sub-juniors in this years Schools Championship. One of the reasons for the joint event was to allow for plenty of preparation time before the Pacific School Games in December 2017 in Adelaide.
Once again Fairbairn Golf Club put on a wonderful day for us, presenting the course in fantastic condition and welcoming the students with a friendly face.
The first tee time was at 7.45am to cater for quite a large field. There were all together 55 boys and 21 girls compete for the major prizes. The results are as follows:
