2015 Subaru State Championships - The Cut Explained
All players will play one round at Wollongong and one round at the Links Shell Cove over the opening two days. The cut will then be made on Wednesday evening.
All players who make the cut play at The Links Shell Cove on Thursday / Friday, and all players who miss the cut play at Wollongong on Thursday / Friday.
NSW Junior Boys Championship
The top 60 boys, plus ties, plus anyone within 10 shots of the overall lead will make the cut in the NSW Junior Boys. These boys will play the final two rounds at The Links Shell Cove.
NSW Junior Girls Championship
The top 30 girls, plus ties, plus anyone within 10 shots of the overall lead will make the cut in the NSW Junior Girls Championship. These girls will play the final two rounds at The Links Shell Cove.
JNJG State Age Championship Cut
The number of players making the cut for each division in the JNJG State Age Boys / Girls is determined when the draw is done. Any player who withdraws after this date does not affect the numbers of players who make the cut. The age division cuts are only for NSW players competing in the JNJG State Age Championships.
Boys 12 Years – The top 7 boys, plus ties, plus anyone within 10 shots of the age division leader will make the cut in the JNJG State Age 12 Years Division. These boys will play the final two rounds at The Links Shell Cove.
Girls 12 Years – The top 2 girls, plus ties, plus anyone within 10 shots of the age division leader will make the cut in the JNJG State Age 12 Years Division. These girls will play the final two rounds at The Links Shell Cove.
Boys 13 Years – The top 5 boys, plus ties, plus anyone within 10 shots of the age division leader will make the cut in the JNJG State Age 13 Years Division. These boys will play the final two rounds at The Links Shell Cove.
Girls 13 Years – The top 5 girls, plus ties, plus anyone within 10 shots of the age division leader will make the cut in the JNJG State Age 13 Years Division. These girls will play the final two rounds at The Links Shell Cove.
Boys 14 Years – The top 8 boys, plus ties, plus anyone within 10 shots of the age division leader will make the cut in the JNJG State Age 14 Years Division. These boys will play the final two rounds at The Links Shell Cove.
Girls 14 Years – The top 4 girls, plus ties, plus anyone within 10 shots of the age division leader will make the cut in the JNJG State Age 14 Years Division. These girls will play the final two rounds at The Links Shell Cove.
Boys 15 Years – The top 16 boys, plus ties, plus anyone within 10 shots of the age division leader will make the cut in the JNJG State Age 15 Years Division. These boys will play the final two rounds at The Links Shell Cove.
Girls 15 Years – The top 8 girls, plus ties, plus anyone within 10 shots of the age division leader will make the cut in the JNJG State Age 15 Years Division. These girls will play the final two rounds at The Links Shell Cove.
Boys 16 Years – The top 14 boys, plus ties, plus anyone within 10 shots of the age division leader will make the cut in the JNJG State Age 16 Years Division. These boys will play the final two rounds at The Links Shell Cove.
Girls 16 Years – The top 3 girls, plus ties, plus anyone within 10 shots of the age division leader will make the cut in the JNJG State Age 16 Years Division. These girls will play the final two rounds at The Links Shell Cove.
Boys 17 Years – The top 18 boys, plus ties, plus anyone within 10 shots of the age division leader will make the cut in the JNJG State Age 17 Years Division. These boys will play the final two rounds at The Links Shell Cove.
Girls 17 Years – The top 3 girls, plus ties, plus anyone within 10 shots of the age division leader will make the cut in the JNJG State Age 17 Years Division. These girls will play the final two rounds at The Links Shell Cove.
*If a NSW player makes the cut in the NSW Boys Championship or NSW Girls Championship, but doesn’t make the cut in their age division for the JNJG State Age, they will be considered as having made the cut in their age division and will play the final two rounds at The Links Shell Cove.
